Sunday Hacker - Quesadillas 週日駭客-墨西哥烤餅!


I would expect Kyra to change her password after I hacked into her account so easily last time, but I guess she didn't mind. So, here we go again!
我原本以為Kyra會因為她的網誌遭我輕易盜入後而更換密碼, 但大家看看! 我又在這啦! 我想~她應該很不在意說~~ 哈哈! 那我就再來Po一篇吧!

Today I made a nice lunch for the two of us: Quesadillas (Cheese Tortillas) I hadn't made them before but it was so easy that even I didn't manage to fuck it up.
今天中午我做了Quesadillas (Cheese Tortillas) 墨西哥烤餅! 雖然我沒有做過這道菜, 但是!! 因為這道菜太簡單啦!簡單到讓我完全沒有搞砸的機會~ 所以,不用擔心你沒做過菜, 一起來吧!

Ingredients for 2: 4 small tortillas, 50 gr. Chorizo, 50 gr. Mozerella and 50 gr. Gouda cheese. 
2人份材料: 4片小的墨西哥軟餅, 50g 西班牙辣香腸, 50g 瑪芝拉起司(義大利白乾酪), 50g高達起司.

Note that I'm totally in favor of artistic freedom in the kitchen, so I'll allow you to use different cheese and meat if you want for variety. Hell, I'll even forgive you if you use bread instead of tortilla, that's how nice I am!
我是完全的崇尚廚房自由主義的人! 所以你可以用你喜歡的起司或肉類來替代,甚至你也可以用其他麵包來代替墨西哥軟餅! 我人超好的啦!


I chopped the mozerella and mixed it with the Gouda. I usually love using big chunks of mozerella, but because I'm not using so much cheese this time, this way is easier to divide the mozerella evenly.
我把瑪芝拉起司切小塊和高達起司混合,  通常我是喜歡用大塊的瑪芝拉起司啦! 但是因為這次沒有用這麼多的起司, 所以我把起司切小塊一點, 這樣兩種起司會混的比較均勻.

Throw a tortilla in the pan on low/medium fire. Put a small layer of cheese on top...把軟餅放進平底鍋裡用中小火煎. 放一些起司在軟餅上...

 

... then a layer of the meat...然後放上一層義大利辣香腸...

 ... and then another layer of cheese. 讓後再舖上一層起司.

Cover with another tortilla and turn it a few times while baking, melting the cheese without burning the tortilla (not very difficult).再蓋上一層軟餅, 翻面煎. 期間要偶爾翻動餅皮, 讓起司融化但不要讓軟餅煎焦! (別擔心, 要煎焦是很不容易的!)

 And that's it, enjoy!做好囉! 開動!

I was afraid I hadn't prepared enough cheese while I was baking, but with these very thin tortillas and the strong flavor of the meat, it actually worked perfectly, so don't use too much cheese!!
一開始我還很擔心準備的起司太少了, 但是因為那薄薄的義大利辣香腸有著濃濃的香味和鹹味, 和起司的量搭配的剛剛好!所以別太貪心的加太多起司喔!!
