"All you can eat" could be one of the most representative words of Taiwan's restaurant industry! You can always find an "all you can eat" restaurant of every kind of food or cuisine! The most popular and common kind is "All you can eat" hot pot shop! This one I am going to introduce now called "Little Mongolian". This hot pot shop is quite new and has pretty good reputation!
吃到飽已經是台灣餐飲業最具代表性的詞彙之一了! 在台灣任何食物或任何料理,你都可以找到吃到飽的餐廳. 而火鍋吃到飽則是最常見也最受歡迎的了! 今天我要介紹的是一家風評很不錯的新火鍋店-- 小蒙牛.There are two main reasons make me want to go to this restaurant during my vacation in Taiwan. 1st is its soup base! Their soup base is Mongolian style which contains 72 kinds of herbs and stew it at least 8 hours. The soup is already tasty so you don't need to dip your food with other sauces, and it is different kind of spicy compare to the Si-Chuan spicy. Maybe it is because they used so many Chinese herbs to make the soup so they also called their hot pot - Mongolian Healthy Pot~
我會去這家餐廳主要是因為有兩大主因吸引我. 第一是他們的湯底! 他們的湯底是用72種中藥材熬煮8小時以上的蒙古湯底. 湯底味道真的很不錯, 所以他們也不再提供一堆沾醬. 吃原味的就很好吃喔! 他們的辣鍋也是一樣, 辣以辣香為主, 跟四川的麻辣感不一樣, 吃不太辣的我一樣能夠吃得很開心喔! 也許是因為他們用了這麼多藥材的緣故, 所以他們也稱他們的產品為- 蒙古養生鍋~
This is only one spoon of the herbs in their soup base! The Soup taste really really good!!
隨便舀一匙都是滿滿香料藥材的湯底喔!!
The 2nd reason that I want to go here is because of their plates!! I think they are so creative!! They used the idea of English Afternoon Tea Set and turn it into Taiwanese Hot Pot Dishes Set! I like the idea so much!! It saves more space and adds more fun!!!
第二個主要原因是我太想看看他們的盤子啦!! 他們超有創意的! 將英式三層盤下午茶的結構改良成新式的台式火鍋五層盤! 省了好多空間也讓用餐的過程多了好多趣味!!
They cut the meat after they got the order, so their meat is very fresh and they don't give to too much per plate per time! Very Soon~ All gone! Ready for the next round!!
他們的肉都是在廚房現切的. 所以他們肉每盤都不多但也很新鮮! 很快就殺光5盤肉嘍! 期待下面再來的5盤~~
This time I didn't took many food pictures... Because I was having a big friends reunion there... I was too happy and kept taking pictures with my friends...: p I promised, If I go back to Taiwan, I will go there again and take more pictures of their food!!!
大家應該有發現這篇的照片超少的...因為那天是和好多好久不見的朋友的大聚會! 我整個太興奮的不停和朋友拍照..所以忘了拍好多東西! 我發誓!下次回台灣我會再去吃一次而且把該拍的都拍起來!!
