2010 Christmas Brunch & Dinner 聖誕節豐富早午餐& 晚餐!!

  The Christmas morning of course will have a nice breakfast!! But  because the Christmas eve we usually stay up very late, so very often we change it to brunch!! 聖誕節當天的早上當然是要有一頓豐盛的早餐!但是也因為在聖誕夜我們常常很晚睡, 所以常常變成早午餐啦!




 My fiance's father will make bread everyday, and for Christmas, he made the Dutch Christmas bread!! The dutch Christmas bread is with sweet almond paste inside! Here is a definition about the dutch Christmas bread! " It just wouldn’t be Christmas in The Netherlands if there wasn’t some Christmas Bread served at each festive gathering. 我未婚夫的爸爸每天都會自己做麵包, 而他也為了聖誕節做了荷蘭聖誕節麵包! 什麼是荷蘭聖誕節麵包呢? 口味是甜的, 中間會有甜杏仁泥. 我在網上找了一下關於這個麵包的定義哦! '' 如果荷蘭的聖誕節桌上沒有聖誕麵包, 那就不是聖誕節了! 聖誕麵包是早上,中午和晚上都可以吃的. 麵包上會撒上白色的糖霜, 切片著來吃.光吃上這麼一片荷蘭最好的點心你就會感到無比的豐盛感哦!!''

 Fiance's mother put a small wooden Christmas tree next to the plate for everyone~ They are so cute!! 未婚夫的媽媽在每個人的盤子邊都擺上一個小小的木頭聖誕樹~超級可愛!!

Dinner time!! My fiance brought one of Christmas gifts that he received from his clients back-- A bottle of nice 2006 red wine~ 晚餐時間!! 未婚夫把他客戶送的一瓶2006年的紅酒帶回家和大家分享嘍!!

 Our appetizer -- Carpaccio! with son flower seeds and Parmesan cheese~
我們的前菜--生牛肉薄片! 上面配著葵花籽和義大利帕嗎森乾酪~

And it needs to be served with special light balsamico! hum~~ tasty!
 生牛肉薄片必備的配醬就是紅酒醋啦, 今天未婚夫媽媽還特別準備了特調淡紅酒醋哦!

 The main course is turkey with ham and mozzarella cheese! Surprisingly juicy and tasty!
 主菜是火雞胸肉配上火腿片和瑪芝拉起司!超乎想像中的多汁哦~~好食材真的很重要~

 Spinach tagliatelle with Italian cream sauce!
配上波菜寬面佐義大利白醬!

ho~ho~ho~ dessert time! Kerstkrants!! In  English is Christmas Wreath~  
呵~呵~呵~點心時間! 聖誕花環麵包!!

誇張的是還搭配著其他甜點!

聖誕花環麵包也是包著甜杏仁泥! 北歐人真的很喜歡用杏仁泥當內餡!!火紅程度我想可比亞洲的紅豆泥哦~
