Taiwan Eat & Play - Han Feng Guan (Korean restaurant) 台灣食旅- 韓楓館

There are so many tasty restaurants near Kyra's home in Taiwan! This Korean restaurant --Han Feng Guan opened in these two years, and its food is really quite tasty! Let me show you my pocket order list! :)  
在Kyra台灣家的附近有很多好吃的東西哦! 這家韓楓館是這兩年開的,因為口味真的不錯所以生意一直很好哦! 今天帶你來看看我每次去的必點食物吧!


Their Korean BBQ is one of the dishes you should try!

他們家的韓式烤肉是我每次去幾乎都會點的哦!
 Did you see their special BBQ board? It slightly leans to one side in order to leak the extra fat out from the meat!
 他們的烤肉板可是特製的哦! 有看到它微微傾斜的角度嗎? 可以把多餘的油脂通通排光光哦!
If you come to this restaurant you definitely need to order their special marinated beef ! I forgot the name on the menu card, but you can also ask the owner of the shop! This beef is marinated in a special sauce that contains fruit juice in it!
這是如果在這家店吃韓國烤肉一定要點他們的韓楓館特製牛肉哦!! 我忘掉菜單上叫什麼名字了:p 但是一看一定會知道, 找不到也可以問老闆哦!  老闆的特別醬汁是加入了果汁來醃的哦!
You can't miss the small side dishes if you are eating Korean food! It should be always free, if the shop you went to didn't serve you small side dishes... you should start wondering that did you go to the real Korean restaurant or not.. :D This restaurant's small side dishes are all prepared by themselves, so you might get different kinds each time! Usually they are all very tasty! 
吃韓國菜一定要有的小菜!因為都是店家自己做的吧, 所以每次去都會有些不同哦! 味道都很不錯!
This time I also tried their Deo bo gi (fried spicy rice cake)! Sweet and spicy!
今天第一次試試看他們的辣炒年糕! 又辣又甜!
Start BBQ! The owner told us that we should start with vegetable,
開始烤肉囉! 老闆說要先烤洋蔥,
 and then do the meat!  The fruit juice marinated sauce made the beef extra soft and sweet!
 再烤肉!用果汁醃過的肉烤起來會特別甜特別軟哦!!
When the meat is done, you can use Korean's handy helper --  scissors, to cut the meat into small pieces! 
Did you see the extra fat from the meat leaked away?!
烤好的肉就用韓國人的好幫手 -- 剪刀, 把肉剪成適當大小!
有看到順著盤子斜度流下來的多於油脂嗎?! 
The best way to enjoy Korean BBQ: Put the meat and all kind of small side dishes in the lettuce!  If you can stand spicy, you can also add some Korean spicy sauce!! Even tastier!!
最美味的吃法: 把肉, 還有各種泡菜小菜夾在生菜裡, 可以吃辣一點的人也一定要再加一點韓式辣醬哦!
 Next dish is my favorite, "Cold Noodle"!! My first experience was actually happened in a Korean restaurant in London~ :p But the flavor made me start looking for cold noodle in every Korean restaurant in every country! However, it is not every Korean restaurant will have it, for instance I didn't find it in any in Holland's Korean restaurant so far~ (woo woo~ it makes me wanna cry~~ ) So, since I tried the cold noodle in this restaurant, I will at least eat it once every time I went back to Taiwan!
再來介紹我最愛, 每次必點的 "冷麵" !! 我第一次吃到冷麵是在倫敦的一家韓國餐廳, 妙吧~ 冷麵不是每家韓國餐廳都有賣的哦!! 像我在荷蘭這邊問過好多家韓國人開的韓式餐廳, 但目前還沒找到過哦~ 所以每次回台灣都會至少吃一次這家的冷麵哦!!
Red spicy sauce, tasty noodle, BBQ meat, sea weed, egg, and the most special ingredient is sweet and juicy Asia pears! Asia pears play a very important role in this dish! In your hot spicy mouth, every now and then some fresh and sweet flavor from the pears will pop out!! Hot and Cold, Spicy and sweet!! I really like it! 
紅通通的辣醬, 彈牙的麵條, 燒肉, 海苔, 蛋, 但最特別的是一定要加入甜又多汁的水梨! 水梨在冷麵扮演著超級重要的角色!! 在你被辣到熱呼呼的嘴裡, 水果的香味和甜味不時的跳出來! 又冷又熱, 又辣又甜!!這就是我最愛的韓國冷麵啦!!
Maybe I should called it "Ice Cold Noodle" !! Did you see the whole ice cube in there!!
韓國"冷"麵 ,不是"涼"麵哦!! 有看到這一整顆的冰塊嗎!!
Cold Noodle's noodle taste like the green been noodle in Asia, but the texture in the mouth is a bit harder then the green been noodle! Very nice texture! You should also use scissors to cut the noodle shorter, because this kind of cold noodle is too spicy to eat it like Ramen! If you have a chance, don't miss the Korean Cold Noodle!!  
冷麵的麵條有點像冬粉, 但是不知道為什麼超有彈性的!! 外加上冷麵的辣醬汁, 實在很不適合像吃拉麵一樣的吸麵條, 一不小心就會嗆到哦! 所以通常也要用剪刀把長長的麵條剪一剪! 大家有機會的話一定要試試看冷麵哦!
